Zeyer is an innovative family company founded in Auernheim in 1956. The company is active in the fields of structural steel engineering and special machine construction.
After continuous expansion and modernisation of the operations, the further expansion of the company at the original site was no longer possible. The founders of the company and current managing directors, Josef and Maria Zeyer, decided to relocate the company to the industrial area "Im Riegel" in Neresheim, where a new, modern operation building was erected in 1992. At the current location, the operating area is approximately 10,000 square meters and features generous accommodations for the administration, construction and planningdepartments as well as a production hallwith modern production facilities on a total area of 3,000 square metres.
Zeyer boasts decades of experience in the field of structural steel engineering. From it, the field of special machine construction developed at the end of the 1970s as a result of own innovative operational power. In this area of operations, we have specialised in manufacturing harvest and cultivation technology (ZEMA-agricultural systems) for vegetable cultivation. However, we also realise various projects in the area of special machine construction and manufacture practice oriented product ideas of technologically innovative and excellent quality.
At the beginning of the 1990s, the structural steel engineering division also generated the partial area of valuable substance solutionswith focus on bale presses. The structural steel engineering division is divided into the following four business segments: steel constructions, special constructions, shaft covers and valuable substance solutions.
Since 2004, the company has been managed by graduate engineer Andreas Zeyer within the scope of succession plans. He has also been awarded the qualification of European welding engineer. This enables us to process any kind of welding constructions made of steel, stainless steel and aluminum for our customers across the complete Federal Republic of Germany.
Our customers of the agricultural systems (harvest and cultivation technology) division include salad and vegetable farmers from Germany, Austria, France, Great Britain, Spain, Slovenia, Poland and Russia.
