Cultivating - harvesting - washing - packaging - everything from one source
and for any size of operation.
The ZEMA (Zeyer/Marschall) agricultural system was developed at the beginning of the 1980s as self-propelled field packaging system for cultivating vegetables in modular style. The basic idea of the ZEMA agricultural system is to relocate all work steps associated with cultivating vegetables to the field and to streamline the harvest of all types of vegetables that grow above the soil through mechanisation of the work processes and to shorten the path of the product to the consumer.
Moreover, the ZEMA cultivating machines with / without plant separating system allow the fast, efficient and accurate planting of seedlings.
A multitude of applications and product variants for any size of operation has developed from the ZEMA agricultural system, which was designed as a complex harvesting system. The modules can either be used with the ZEMA carrier vehicle or attached to your tractor or MB-Track.
The ZEMA agricultural system allows the vegetable farmers to achieve competitive European-scale production by means of mechanisation and specialisation. Large delivery quantities, superior quality, attractive prices, environmentally friendly production and high flexibility with respect to the provision of the products are today's key requirements of the trade, consumers or the government. The ZEMA agricultural system supports you in meeting these requirements; it
- accelerates and simplifies the harvesting procedure and the planting of potted plants with its efficient mode of operation,
- allows the cost-effective production while maintaining superior quality, leading to rapid amortisation,
- can be customised to the product range and requirements of the customers,
- generates efficient work sequences and reduces building and storage costs with its capability of harvesting with and without washing and packaging on the field, and
- improves the working conditions.
