Using the 27-row cultivation machine with separating system, our major customers cultivate up to 700,000 plants or an average of 15 ha per day (12 hours). With a cultivation distance of 26 cm and a cultivation speed of 2km/h, the 4-row cultivation machine with separating system has a computational hourly output of 7690 plants per row. The practical cultivation value is 6000 plants per row and hour. Our machines are robust and maintenance-free. ZEMA conveyor cultivation machines are available in widths of 1.5m to 12m and with a row distance of 30cm to 75cm. The cultivation distance between the rows (15cm to 55cm) is adjusted with the exchange of the driving toothed wheel. The conveyor cultivation machine is attached to the three-point hitch of the ZEMA carrier vehicle.
For machine widths of more than 3m, we recommend suspending two or more machines individually on our torsion tube, to ensure the better floor adjustment of the individual rows. In turn, the torsion tube is attached to the three-point hitch of the tractor or the ZEMA carrier vehicle.
The conveyor cultivation machine features swing-out crate attachments on the left and right sides. For larger work widths, roller conveyors for full and empty crates are attached to the torsion tube in front of the cultivation machines. The plant separation system can be installed for any work width. Any conveyor cultivation machine can be retrofitted.
Thanks to the secure separation of the entangled roots of potting plants, the subsequent cultivation behind the cultivation machine is not required. The central precision adjustment for all rows allows the rapid and accurate adjustment to different potting bale dimensions.
