The harvesting system ZEMA-harvestfix is the efficient harvest aid for almost any size of operations.
The harvested produce is placed into stainless steel baskets by harvest employees and circulated up to the work surface by means of the basket conveyor belt, where it is packaged and palletised. The harvested produce can be passed through a washing tunnel where it is cleaned. ZEMA harvestfix is particularly suitable for harvesting Boston lettuce, but also any other types of vegetables which should be cleaned directly on the field and packaged in line with market requirements.
Harvestfix is available protruding 8 to 9 m to one side and as double harvestfix, spanning 12 to 14 m. Harvestfix is equipped with:

Harvestfix is equipped individually for the respective fruits with specially
shaped stainless steel baskets. The one-sided harvestfix
can be attached at one of the lift columns on the ZEMA carrier vehicle
and be folded to the side of the vehicle when driving on the road.
The double harvestfix is transported on a single-axle bogie truck.
